SKIP TAGGING! Our Tagging Service Assistant (TSA) will enter, describe, and price your items for you.

This service was created for consignors who love the idea of consigning but do not have the time or desire to tag their own items for the sale.  If you request a TSA, you will be considered a TSA Consignor!  

1. REGISTER

  • Create an account, and pay the $10.00 or $15.00 non refundable registration fee. 
  • Complete the Request for a Tagging Service Assistant form.
  • We will connect you with a TSA who lives close to you, if possible. 
  • Pay a supply fee directly to your TSA when you drop off your items.
  • This fee is used to offset the TSA supply costs: cardstock, pins, hangers, printer ink, tagging supplies, etc.  
  • $25.00 fee ~ you provide clean, washed items with NONE of your items packaged or on hangers
  • $20.00 fee ~ you provide clean, washed items and HALF of your items are packaged or on hangers
  • $15.00 fee ~you provide clean, washed items and ALL of your items are packaged or secured/pinned on hangers

2. GATHER & PREPARE ITEMS

  • Your TSA will contact you and arrange a convenient time for you to deliver your items to them and ask you a few questions regarding your desires for pricing and answer any questions you might have.
  • Gather your items, paying close attention to our Quality Control Standards and Items Accepted/Not Accepted List. (any items that do not meet the accepted categories or quality standards will be automatically returned to you)
  • Make sure all toys and equipment are clean and with working batteries.  Check all Items for missing pieces and parts.
  • All clothing items must be freshly laundered and neatly folded into a box, if they are not secured to hangers for the TSA.  Please make sure your items are packaged in boxes that you will not need back.  Each package should be clearly labeled with your first and last name and consignor number.  Refrain from using garbage bags for clothing items as they tend to get very wrinkled and wrinkled clothing does not sell as well.
  • If you have specific prices that you would like to ask for your items, it is easiest if you sort them by price. For example, all of the items that you would like to sell for $3.00 you would put into one container with the price on top or written on the box, $3.00 box, etc.  If you have expensive items that you would like to ask a specific price for, then you could just list them on a sheet of paper or label each item with the price.  
  • ***YOU MUST DISCOUNT AND DONATE ALL ITEMS*** Items that are tagged by a Tagging Service Assistant cannot be transferred to another event.  If you do not want to discount and donate all your items, you will want to consider consigning them yourself, as a DIY consignor. Unsold items will be donated to a local charity organization on behalf of REPLAY Pop Up Consignment, LLC. 
  • Meet with your TSA to drop off your items. The earlier the better. Many TSA’s assist multiple TSA Consignors.  
  • After you meet, your TSA will properly package, hang, tag and competitively price your items.
  • When they are finished they will contact you and you will have the opportunity to review the prices and make any changes.  
  • When pricing is complete, your TSA will print & attach tags for your items.
  • If you have agreed to pick up your tagged items from your TSA, please remember to schedule a drop off appointment through our website and bring your items to the sale location.

3. GENERAL TSA CONSIGNOR INFORMATION

  • You will earn 40% profit from your sold items, and you have the benefit of saving time by having our TSA do most of the work. 
  • If you volunteer to work at the sale, you could earn a higher percentage of your profits depending on the number of hours you volunteer.  More information is on the Volunteer Team Button.
  • As a TSA Consignor, you qualify to shop the presale before the general public!  
  • You can track your sales each evening after the sale closes by logging into your sellers account.
  • Watch your email for your profit check. Your consignment check will be emailed to the email address in your registration within 2 weeks of the sale ending.

4. SPACES ARE LIMITED!

***TAGGING SERVICE ASSISTANT (TSA) RESPONSIBILITIES***

The TSA will...

  • Complete the Becoming a Tagging Assistant form 
  • Arrange a time to have the TSA Consignor drop off their items to them.
  • Inspect, package, and hang items.
  • Price and enter items into the TSA Consignors account..
  • Contact the TSA Consignor to review prices and make any changes to them before printing the tag.
  • Print and attach tags to items.
  • Agree to one of the following drop-off arrangements (the TSA Consignor will collect their tagged items from the TSA and deliver to the sale OR the TSA will deliver items to the sale for the TSA Consignor)
  • Receive 25% profit on your TSA Consignor's sold items.

Restock Consignors and Restock Items are very important to our sale!  Our goal is to have new inventory restocked before the public sale, so there are new items that were not shopped through in the presale.


A Restock Consignor is...

  • A regular consignor who wants to continue tagging items after the system closes for the sale (a previously registered consignor for this sale will not be charged an additional registration fee to become a restock consignor)

             OR

  • A new consignor registering for the first time after the system closed. 

Restock Consigning is as easy as…

  • Registering for our sale using our online registration and paying the $15 REGULAR non refundable  registration fee. (NOTE: If you are already registered as a consignor for this sale and are adding items after the system has closed, you do not need to pay another registration fee)
  • Prepping, pricing & tagging your items in our online tagging system.
  • Dropping your tagged items off at the sale during the RESTOCK DROP-OFF times listed.  Placing your items with like-items in the proper areas.
  • Signing up to be a REPLAY Volunteer Team member to earn additional percentages. (OPTIONAL BUT VERY BENEFICIAL)
  • Picking up OR donating unsold items.  (Donated items support local non-profit groups. We will take care of this for you)
  • Watching your email for your consignment check!
  • Restock Consignors receive 60% profit on all sold items with volunteer options to increase profit percent.
