We strive to provide the best possible experience for our consignors and shoppers.  Part of that experience is to ensure the items available at REPLAY events are held to a high-quality standard.

Keeping the quality level high not only benefits shoppers, but it ensures that you as a Consignor will see the highest return on the time you spend tagging and preparing items to sell.

While we try to inspect items being dropped off, we continue to inspect items at set up and while organizing. Every REPLAY Volunteer Team Member, during set up and organization, has the authority to pull items they believe are not of high quality and these items will be reviewed by the managers.  Items pulled for quality control will be logged by consignor numbers and placed in the QUALITY CONTROL/DO NOT SELL area.  If you have items pulled from the sale you will be expected to pick up those items at the end of the sale. Please check the area when you are picking up your unsold items.

Consignor agrees that any attempt to deceive the shopper will result in a Deceptive Tag Fee. This fee will be equal to the full price listed on the tag plus $10 for each item found to be deceptive and will be deducted from the Consignor's percentage of earnings.  Deceptive items include, but are not limited to, items that are: broken, missing pieces, or falsely described on the tag.

Repeated attempts to consign items that violate these standards may result in being banned from future sales.

Consigned items must be:

  • Gently Used, Like New, or New condition.
  • Be clean and/or freshly laundered.
  • Be current styles.
  • Have all pieces included.
  • Have working batteries.
  • Have complete and honest descriptions.
  • Sized and described correctly.
