DROP OFF

Consignor inventory drop off takes place before the sale begins, see Consignor Timeline for exact days and times. In order to keep things running smoothly, all consignors are REQUIRED to schedule an appointment. The drop off schedule opens about four weeks before the sale. We encourage you to select your appointment as soon as possible, especially if you have limited availability.

  • Log in to your account
  • Select “Dropoff” from the Home Page
  • Select your desired appointment time
  • Click “Add me to selected appointment(s)” to claim your spot.
  • You will receive a confirmation message to your registered email immediately.


During drop off:

  • Consignors are to place items in the correct category area and with like items. 
  • Consignors will not be credited Volunteer hours during their drop off and set out times.
  • Items WILL BE INSPECTED. We reserve the right to pull items which, at our discretion, do not meet our stated Quality Control standards. These items will be logged by consignor number, have their tags removed, and will be placed in the QUALITY CONTROL/DO NOT SELL area.
  • Repeat attempts to consign items that violate these standards may result in being banned from future sales.
  • Drop off/check in/check out are very busy times.  For the safety of your children, we ask that you do not bring them during these times.

PICK UP

  • Items that do not sell and are not donated must be picked up on the last day of the sale. See Important Dates for exact day and time. 
  • Consignors who do not pick up unsold items by the end of the consignor pick up will be charged a $10 non-pickup fee if these items were not marked for donate. This includes unsold items, items with lost tags, recalled items, and rejected items. 
  • If you have items pulled from the sale you will be expected to pick up those items at the end of the sale. Please check the QUALITY CONTROL/DO NOT SELL area when you are picking up your unsold items
  • As you leave, please check the lost and found table at the entrance for any items that became separated from their tags over the course of the sale that may belong to you. Any unclaimed lost and found items will become the property of REPLAY Pop Up Consignment and will be donated at the end of the sale.

PA BEDDING AND UPHOLSTRY LAW

According to the PA Bedding and Upholstery Law, all items accepted for sale that are multi-layered or filled MUST be disinfected prior to being displayed for sale. Failure to comply with this law may result in fines, so we take it very seriously. 


If an item or part of an item you are consigning has or had a bedding tag attached to it (the long ones that read “UNDER PENALTY OF LAW THIS TAG NOT TO BE REMOVED EXCEPT BY CONSUMER”), we must disinfect and tag it with one of our yellow resale tags before it can be offered for sale. 


Any item that needs to be sprayed must be dropped off in the Disinfecting Area during drop off.  All items will be inspected and sprayed by our volunteers before being placed on the sales floor. If an item is not sprayed and we are fined as a result, we will pass the fine along to the consignor.
